QR Scanner Terms of Use

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using QR Scanner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and QR Scanner. If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

QR Scanner provides QR code and barcode scanning and generation services through our mobile application. Our services include:

• Scanning QR codes and barcodes using device camera
• Generating custom QR codes for various data types
• Maintaining scan history and favorites
• Batch scanning capabilities
• Offline functionality for core features
• Premium features for enhanced functionality

By using QR Scanner, you agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
• Not use the App to scan or generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates others' rights

• Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the App
• Not use the App to distribute malware, spam, or malicious QR codes
• Maintain the security of your device and account information
• Report any bugs, security vulnerabilities, or inappropriate content

5. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use QR Scanner for:

• Illegal activities or content that violates applicable laws
• Creating or distributing malicious QR codes or content
• Infringing on intellectual property rights
• Harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior toward others
• Automated or bulk scanning for commercial purposes without authorization
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Violating privacy rights of individuals or organizations

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

QR Scanner and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include rights to copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.

7. PRIVACY AND DATA

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using QR Scanner, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy. 8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS

QR Scanner is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that:

• The App will meet your specific requirements or expectations
• The App will be available at all times or free from interruptions
• All QR codes will be readable or that generated codes will work universally
• The App will be free from bugs, errors, or security vulnerabilities
• Third-party content accessed through QR codes is accurate or safe

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QR Scanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your access to QR Scanner immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately. You may also terminate your use of the App at any time by deleting it from your device. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice before any new terms take effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use QR Scanner after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of our jurisdiction, as applicable.
